Giving Tuesday is here, and this year, The Big Silence is celebrating our fifth year of meaningful growth, impact, healing, and connection. In 2025, more people than ever sought mental health support—and because of our community, we were able to show up in powerful ways. More people than ever turned to The Big Silence for resources, education, and care.
2025: A Year of Expansion and Impact
This year:
-
Over 32,000 people relied on The Big Silence services and website for mental health tools and resources, including accessing mental healthcare and therapy.
-
Therapy for All expanded its network to serve more communities nationwide.
-
Requests for assistance increased significantly, reflecting not just the growing need, but the willingness to seek help.
-
We continued to provide therapy to people who otherwise would have gone without care.
And every number, every milestone, represents a life touched.
Therapy for All: Real Lives Changed
The impact of Therapy for All continues to be one of the most powerful parts of our work. Here are a few voices from 2025:

“The Big Silence made it possible for me to enter therapy when I had nowhere else to turn. It changed the direction of my life.”
“I’m a student who was dealing with anxiety and burnout—therapy gave me practical ways to cope and feel grounded again.”
“As a parent, I didn’t have the emotional or financial bandwidth to seek therapy. This program gave me hope and a safe place to heal.”
Your support makes healing possible.

- $150 provides a therapy scholarship for someone in need.
- $500 helps change the stigma by providing 5 people in a mental health desert with access to resources.
- $1000 brings conversations about mental health to the public through our live events and podcast, working to destigmatize and change the culture around mental health.
A Global Moment of Awareness
In recognition of World Mental Health Day, our 7-Day Mindful Reset helped more than 100,000 people, providing accessible tools for reflection, grounding, and emotional well-being in recognition of World Mental Health Day.
One of the most profound highlights of the year, the 7-Day Mindful Reset Challenge for World Mental Health Day, brought together past guests of the podcast, leading mental health advocates, doctors, and friends of The Big Silence to reflect on a powerful truth: People are seeking ways to feel better—and willing to show up when support is accessible and approachable.
The 7-Day Mindful Reset is a tool available to anyone, anytime they are feeling the need for a little reset.
Showing Up at the Not Alone Summit
We were also proud to participate in and be featured as a sponsor at the inaugural Not Alone Summit, joining leaders and organizations for a groundbreaking event uniting organizations, advocates, and leaders committed to ending stigma and improving mental health outcomes worldwide.
Through panels, discussions, and community collaboration, we helped amplify the message that no one should face emotional struggles alone.
This is an exciting fourth year of being involved in the world-wide #NotAloneChallenge reaching billions across the globe!
